What was East's record this year?

Anyone know how East finished the season? It had to be better than the past several years.

Sciotoville Community School is in a tough situation for several reasons:

1. Low turnout of players who can actually play baseball.
2. No feeder program ie; little league or junior high.
3. Young men participating in track and tennis during baseball.
4. Low numbers in the school overall.
5. Movement of several players around when one player gets injured.

Coach L. Davis and Coach T. Gilliland before are both two very knowledgeable coaches and outstanding men. It takes several years to build a program and not just a team. If a few of the problems mentioned above can be corrected, East, IMO, can field a competitive team. One other thing, the record for a season or two does not always reflect the learning and improvement the team experiences.

I hope they can. We used to always have tough teams at East and were as good as any team in the county. SOCs, sectionals, districts, and even regionals were not uncommon, not to mention a State championship in 73. I also remember when there were 4 little league teams and 4 senior league teams in Sciotoville which were great feeder programs.
