Why do you say Knauff will start? He is afraid to shoot the ball..

Knauff started all last year and is a very,very good deffender and the only sophmore last year that started until late last year

And Bruce will score plenty but with Russel,Park,and Lightle and Ross they will put points on the board.

I'm pretty sure none of these kids are that tall. Colton Lightle was the shortest kid on JV floor last year and now he is 5'9? Yeah I don't think so. Tallest player is probably barely 6'0 because no one else on the team last year was 6 feet except the seniors.

U need to come to the gym the funny thing about kids is they grow ! I know sounds crazy but it's true come to the gym and you will see how tall they are .What would I have to gain by exaggerating there heights for peat sake

All I'm saying is that I doubt they're that tall.... But we'll see how "tall" they play when the season gets here.

Yes he did and you can question alot of things about this years team but you can't question this teams heart . You are selling them short if you do because they might not do alot of things but play hard is not one of them these boys will absolutely leave it on the floor every game this year if they loose it won't be from playing small!

Lightle, I agree completly. Nobody plays harder than Western. Kite is doing a good job. It will not manifest itself into wins this year, but you better get your licks in now because starting next year Western will have one of the best teams around for at least 4 years.

Yes the future is bright for western and I think that this season may surprise a few poeple as well . At least I hope anyways but I will promise one thing it won't be for lack of effort if it doesn't go Westerns way!

I always try to catch a few Western games because the kids try hard and don't give up. I hope they can pull a few wins out this year but it will be tough. Alot of kids playing varsity that are really not quite ready. As far as the future goes, it is going to be a while. Not alot of talent coming for a while that I have seen. The 8th grade has some players but not alot before or after. This can be overcome with hard work and alot of playing. Do any of Western players play in the spring? This will let you know where you stand and can make you work harder. Keep working hard, SHOOT THE BALL ALOT and you will surprise some people. Remember teamwork wins.

They will have to count on some younger kids to help hopefully they can by coity and not to much on any single player
