trimble wins this match up. judging by what i have seen in their scrimmages the cats D is just to strong. and my gut says that it will show week 1 when they go to nelsonville. they also have an explosive offense with dyla and keith in the backfield and north running sweeps around the end. they have great receivers in shawn cox who can catch the ball and has good field awareness. along with tight end jacob hooper who is new to the cats offense but could be dangerous when he catches the ball.

Makes your forheadl ook a little sloped!

I agree this should be a good game. I'd rather watch a nail bitter over a blowout anyday.

I hope its a clean, hard hitting game this year and a close game. I don't want a blowout by either school!

I don't think NY is up at night worried about Trimble. NY has far bigger fish to fry this season.

Trimble will be a great warm-up game before Newark Catholic, Bishop Ready, and St. Clairsville.

Trimble, on the other hand, will plan for a deep playoff run coming off games against Miller, Eastern, Southern, and South Gallia.

Trimble can't control having those teams on their schedule since they are all part of their now 8 league games. I'd say they did pretty well on the schedule considering N-Y was a given and good competition and the only other open week they scheduled a pretty good Coal Grove team.
