Great game! Way to hang in there Trimble. It should have been 21-0 at halftime...Trimble was fired up and played hard nosed defense. They just don't have much of an offense..

WAY TO GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!
Enjoy it tonight because you got work to do this week!!

Your right NY has a tough D, You guys started moving the ball in the second half. It was a fun one!
I hope Mr. Dyla can shake this off...That young man did all he could.

Newark Catholic next week. They played W.L. Ridgewood to a draw in a scrimmage last week. Tonight they beat Harvest Prep 27-14 @ prep. The Wilder kid had 200+ yards and 4 td's. Should be a good game :)

I was at the Newark Catholic game and all of their scrimmage games and I have to say that their defense plays well, swarms to the ball and can defend the pass against.

Tonight they faced the fastest team they will see all seasonand for the most part they held them in check.

The offense was led by the line especially on running plays.
#7 Wilder was awesome most of the game and even showed some break away speed where he out ran the entire defense.

Passing is horrible and has not looked any good at all with at least one pick in each of the scrimmage games and again tonight.

The bright spot in the passing game is they have good solid receivers.

Maybe now Trimble fans will stop bashing Coach Boston. NY has now won 4 of the last 5 games in this series and Trimble has never won 4 out of 5 in the 41 year history of this game. :122245

What a heck of a game. thought the tomcats defense played well and did great to have the score at 0-0 at halftime.
Trimble had a nice 3rd quarter drive to go up 6-0. NY fought back and did what they had to do to win the game. Hats off to both teams they both played hard and boy was there some pads cracking out there.
Good luck to Ny
Tomcats keep your heads up and lets get back up for Wahama next week. First league game and lets be 1-0 and work towards a good season.
Go Cats.

NY Bux that person posting isn't even from trimble. give it a rest. Dyla played and ran well.

Similar to what N-Y's best runner will be held to in the next few weeks, at least against DVI Newark Catholic and DV Bishop Ready. By the way, Ready beat DI Franklin Heights this evening in a battle out on the west side, 23-21.

Ready's best player is out for the year with an injury. They usually roll Franklin Heights... Bucks can and will win. NC is not the NC of old. Buckeyes will give them a southern Ohio welcome to hard nosed football! Best of luck!
