Even if NW would have played for the 0 - 0 tie, I think Waverly would have still won the SOC by 1 point, but overall a good showing and a good finish to the season by NW. Congrats to Waverly on the SOC II championship. Good luck to all team in the tourney. Draws are this Sunday, will be interesting to hear the seedings on Sunday night.

I don't think NW was packing it in to play for a tie. They were trying to stay in 4-4-2 but Waverly did a great job of moving the ball around the entire field and NW could not get anything going on offense. Waverly defense did a good job of keeping the ball pushed forward.
NW has faired alot better the 2nd go around with teams this year and have improved from the beginning of the season. Congrats to Waverly on championship.

Why the disparity in the amount of games each team has played? Do some have a few to make up?

Like Webster has only played 14 games while Valley has played 16, Clay has 15 and one to make up for 16, New Boston 15, and Eastern with the two make up playing 14.

Same in SOCII. Waverly and Burg will have 16 and the rest only 14. Don't they all schedule the same amount of games?
