You all have no idea. Wasonga is in a class with Randy Moss as the best high school player ever to play in West Virginia. I guarantee, if he plays, he'll go for at least 300 yards. Marietta will put up a good fight, and should put a few points on the board; however, their defense doesn't quite have the ability to shackle Wasonga.

Marietta defense might not have to shackle Wasonga. For whatever reason he may not be playing weather it be grades, suspension, lack of practice, or injury. And the kid is in high school, lets not get ahead of ourselves hear comparing him to Randy Moss. So far from what I hear the biggest things Wasonga has in common with Randy Moss is his attitude. If he has a poor attitude and isn't a team player or doesn't keep grades he won't make it playing college ball. NFL teams care about character nowadays as well. But this is high school football. Like I said, lets not get ahead of ourselves. Sounds like there are bigger things he needs to focus on for now. The fact that he doesn't play one snap and is still the only thing being talked about is just boosting his ego. Football is a team sport. This is Marietta Tigers vs Parkersburg Big Reds. Not Alan Wasonga vs. Marietta Tigers. Anyways....GO TIGERS!

Marietta is a tough team they looked well conditioned and play hard. They have 2 very good running backs and bring a solid running game. They racked up 227 yards on the ground last week 1 back had 104 yards in the first half. They also bring the wood on defense they have a big linebacker number 50.

I'll go with Marietta for the win.

Just going off a thread that Ed Forshey had posted about Wasonga's status. I truly believe something else is going on in the Big Red Nation. It is truly a shame to hear so much controversy surrounding this young man. Hopefully everything gets straightened out so the kids can focus on football.
