Re: Week 3 Warren @ Athens
Warren offense will prove to much for the Bulldogs. The Warriors are truely a very effective offensive team, 300+ yards rushing their first game and 300+ yards pashing in the Morgan game. I think Athens will have a very hard time containing all the weapons Warren has. What was impressive about watching Leffingwell throw the ball was his effectiveness not only in the short underneath passes but the accuracy on the 30+ yard passes. It will be a real pleasure to watch this kid mature into one of the best quarterbacks in the area over the next couple years. I'm going to go out on a limb and say Warren has maybe the best tandem wide recievers in the SEOAL in Venham and Fivecoat.

Warren, as long as the D focuses in the film room and throughout the game...Athens has made late comeback attempts each of the first two weeks....don't let the third time be the charm.
Warrior O looks stellar, will be interesting to see how Leffingwell holds up against what should be a better, more athletic defensive secondary.

This will be stop #3 on Steely's "2010 Excellent Football Adventure". Kind of thought that this might be a 2-0 versus an 0-2 team when I circled it on my schedule. Looking forward to seeing both of these teams play Friday. Athens has been improving, but I still believe that the Warriors have a little too much athleticism and depth for the Bulldogs to overcome.
I'm picking the Warriors in a close one. Best of luck to both teams. Play hard and stay injury free!

I think there are some others that deserve credit for the team than just those two coaches, there is an excellent staff out there. Not just two guys, how about giving the line coach's some credit too, 330+ rushing one week, 300+ passing the next.thebearupthere34 wrote:Good luck to Coach Schob and Coach Jason Schob I look forward to watching the team you have put on the field this year.
Now to the game, Warren big.
