If Wellston can't pick up the W this week I think they will be in for a rough season. I think they really need to get it going or Meigs and Athens could beat them in league play. They may not get 5 wins this year if they don't get everything together.

Wellston is capable of winning this game, but they will have to bring their A game and play with pride and passion. There is a lot on the line here for Wellston.

If Wellston plays to 125% of their ability, they win with a couple turnovers by the Oaks.

It will either be a down to the final second ballgame, or will be over quickly.

Good luck to the Rockets.

boilermaker wrote:Jungle cat , you must be a expert on blow heart. The Oaks might win ,but they wont smash the Rockets! I know alot of fans got on here and got excited ,but they had every right to. Wellston has struggled for the last three years then they hire a new coach and start all over again and with a win over a team that has beaten you 19 straight times . I think that is reason to get excited. This makes you look like a idiot for your comments on the Wellston fans in my opinion junglecat.
On the game ,
The Rockets lost a close hard fought game to Minford, then they were overmatched against Gallia. Wellston will be ready to play saturday night , and as always I picking them to win.

GO ROCKETS!!!!!!!!!!!
The Oak Hill Oaks are a much better team than Gallia. I have seen them both play and you will be in for a rude awaking if you think Wellston is going to beat Oak Hill. Please be on here 1 hour after the game Saturday, because I would like to talk to you then.

MightyOaksFan wrote:I ask that everyone stay after the game for the band's blacklight show. They performed it the other night at the band festival and it was spectacular. They are one of the best bands with the lights on and then to continue to be able to march in the dark is pretty awesome.

We go all over the place to see our basketball and football teams so let's support our great band as well just by staying a few minutes longer. You won't be disappointed.
When I was in school I hated the band. I guess I was young and dumb. I will stay over Sat. night to watch the Marching Oaks. They are GREAT and it is an honor to watch them perform. They are the best band I have seen in years around here. Great job Marching OAks
