Wow , sounds like Wellstons D shutdown Sloan and and his receivers , first time in a couple of years he was held to less than 100 yards in passing.

didnt figure the oaks would go deep in the play book with minford and others at game.even though wellston did play better than i thought,the oaks was only trying to get the win and not getting anybody hurt.they didnt have to win big to prove anything.

I thought Wellston would be bad about not having there QB giving excusses, but I didnt think Oak Hill would have excuses, guess I was wrong. Like Minford hasnt played Sloan and the Oaks the last 3 years to now there play book. I dont normally give Wellston alot of credit but why wouldnt Sloan have easily passed for more than a 100 yds BIG Mommy without going deep in the playbook.

Incase you didnt know , Wellston shutdown there pass game down thats why. Wellstons D showed up and kept them in this game.

The oaks win 21-8 but did not look good at all. The Oaks could have been up by 5 touchdowns by the half but were only up by 2. The Oaks better get sharpened up because this kind of playing is not going to get it.

wellston played hard the whole game but the oaks didnt play with the heart they uselly do!!! wellston is an ok team but the oaks need to pick it up if they want to win next week!
