I know football season is just "kicking off" BUT I'm getting the itch to see some hoops action - feel that I missed soooo much hoops last season (about 1/2 the season) due to my health issues BUT so far so good on that end of things, looking forward to YES seeing those Trojans on the court, along with all the teams Below the Line ...

I am getting soooooooooo old - this seasons crop of new head coaches "ain't" helping me any was I watched Nathan Copas play, Jordan Thornhill at Belpre this season (was in the stands to witness his last second 3 pointer to beat Warren at the WarriorDome ... wow - best of luck to these "youngsters" taking over the helm for teams in Southern/Southeastern Ohio ... ALL looking to get to the Basketball Thirty at the Convo and Beyond ...

Hello Pfloyd:

I was watching the Buckeye game today during our annual fantasy football draft and I caught myself with the napkins out working on some new out of bounds plays. The napkins turned into sheets of paper, and before long we had an entire league preview going at the draft. Coach Maddox calls during the game to tell me Kevin Swartzel is on the OSU field doing the game. I didn't see him on T.V., but I am sure he was there.

I love to watch football..................however, hoops will be here in a blink of the eye!!!!!

Yes, he also took that job. Nate Smith became Asst. Principal, and remains the football coach.
