Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
A great move right now would be to sign Nick Mangold center released by the NY JETS. Mack left the Browns and made a big difference for the Falcons. As well as putting the Browns QB's in for a lot of abuse. Mangold is great in the locker room which the Browns need help with also.

Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
Mangold was released to save money. Since he was a high priced veteran player. Jets are getting rid of older players.

Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
Even as an older player, Mangold (OSU Alum) still one of the top 5 centers in the NFL.

What did Mangold's sister do after high school?

Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
Browns sign 3 lineman including Zietler from the Bengals. Should be a major upgrade and the ability not injury every QB the Browns can sign. Signing Britt at WR is an upgrade. Now what they do with Pryor.
The Osweiller signing and word out is to cut him. Not sure yet. See what happens. Hope they do not plan on keeping him.

Yea but no more tantrums on the sideline, either. I felt I needed to shower rooting for him after the way he left tOSU.cbolt wrote:Bye Bye Terrell! Hello Washington, analytic boys hard at work with all that money

Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
It was bittersweet rooting for him,but to have a year like he did with what they had was pretty impressive.
Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
Heard yesterday Pryor didn't get back with Cleveland to see if they would match the Redskins offer.Sounds like he wanted out of Cleveland,he probably relished the thought of playing with Cousins.
Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
Kind of showed how responsible Pryor is. Besides he is looking for big money because he knows football is the only legal way for him to support his ego. Being part of a team does not matter as much as being paid. Talent is there to make the change to WR. Still a lot to learn and to be able to do it for the entire season.
Re: 2017 Cleveland Browns
Now Mary Kay Cabot reports he did come back and they offered him a little lower price per year but it was for multiple years. He is taking huge gamble. One injury or bad year could cost him dearly or if he is lucky he could strike it big.His agent probably had a lot to do with it.He is known to be stubborn.Supposedly three other teams besides the Browns had made him better offers than the Redskins (one year deal)
