South Gallia will have a pretty good team returning 4 starters.

south gallia will not do well in the league. they will be in the bottom 4.

Early season match-ups will be key. The slowest teams out of the gate will be in serious trouble. I can also see the TVC-Hocking Champ going 12-4 in league play, whoever it is. I would also be willing to bet that NOBODY in the TVC goes undefeated this season.

I dont know SG has a winning record against Wahama, Trimble, Southern, and pretty close with Eastern. They are returning alot of good players.

Really, rebels could you please post your programs win-loss record against southern and eastern.

I dont know the exact record for the win-loss. With Southern in the last 10 years or so the Rebels have to be up by a few games. Eastern is prob up by a few games on SG but not by alot. Not tryin to start a turf war jus sayin. The schools are pretty even in basketball, yea Eastern had a good team last year but will not be near that good this year. If you think back before the 03 basketball season Eastern beat SG a few times in a row, From 03 to 07 SG lost to Eastern I think only 1 time and never lost to Southern during that time. From 07 to present Eastern and Southern have not lost to SG. But the cycle is coming back around and SG has a pretty good team and Eastern and Souther are down from last year. Thats what happens when you go to small schools. And dont say SG has never beat a good Eastern or Southern team, cause they have. They beat the Eastern teams with Cozart prob one of the best players to come out of Eastern. Also SG beat Southern when they had Craig Randolf and he was a very good player also.

South Gallia has beat Eastern 3 out of the 12 times that I know of the teams playing each other and that has been since the year 2000. South Gallia plays Eastern once a year and one season played them in the regular season and the tourney. And i believe since 2000 South Gallia has beat Southern 7 out of 21 times. Not to good of winning percentages against those two teams.

All I know is they a pretty even when those teams play basketball never really a blow out except last year Eastern put it to everyone just about. But all that aside what kind of team will Eastern put out this year are they returning any good players?

I will agree, lately the beatings have not been as frequent as they were in the early years of When South Gallia played these two teams but South Gallia is not even near the same level as Eastern and Southern basketball. Take your Red and Gold glasses off here for a minute and look at the picture, South Gallias only winning record against teams in the TVC are the teams that continuously finish last in the league. I'm not saying South Gallia will finish last in the TVC this year, they could finish first for all I know, but be realistic here. You are entering a new league now to where there will be a week stretch to where you play very good teams and not get a break. I think Rebel fans will see what league play is really like and not be a fan of the choice to join the TVC at all.

I get what your sayin but like I said they always play close. Come on Monster you was a Rebel yourself have some faith in SG. I think SG will do just fine in the TVC when it comes to basketball. Im not sayin they will finish first but they will do ok.

I like the kids at SG, they are all really good kids. Anything past that I could care less about. You can only care about something long enough until you give up on it because of certain peoples stupidity. I have no reason to even PUT faith into South Gallia anymore. It only takes a few bad apples to ruin the whole bunch.

I used to be involved with South Gallia and was a player so it wasn't to hard to come up with. South Gallia is not my school, I just know a good bit of the history.

Like I said Im not tryin to start a turf war I never said SG was better than Eastern and Southern I just said its always a good game when those teams play each other. I also said, I think SG will do fine in the TVC and I stand beside that I think they will have a good year. I am just supporting the Rebels because thats where I went and played sports.

Ok Expert dont cry about it I was wrong But either way like I said it always a close game and you know nothing about me so in your case grow up. People alway bash on SG but they forget that that have lost to them somewhere down the road and people get mad when someone brings it up. We figured out I was wrong like 5 post up and you have to keep it goin ok man we get it. Also Monsters numers might be better than mine but can can remember beatinf Eastern my sophomore year, junior year two times and my senior year. So thats 4 time there and who know if theres and more. I dont know about Southern.
