I have to agree with what the JUNKIE has said. But, the only thing is, I think that is the only way the Falcons can win. Hale is very strong, and keeps coming at you, you have to stop him, and put pressure on Slone. It all is going to start with our D-fensive line.PIGSKIN JUNKIE wrote:If Minford can control the line of scrimmage and contain Hale, they win.
Has anyone been able to do this the last two years?PIGSKIN JUNKIE wrote:If Minford can control the line of scrimmage and contain Hale, they win.

And our O-line must be able to give #5 time to hand off the ball, as well as throw the ball. We can't let the D-fense penetrate into our backfield, the way Wellston was able to.
On paper, and after last year, Oak Hill is probably the favored. I don't care what the polls say. But I think this Falcon team has more heart, and have more to gain, than the Oak's. Minford is just starting the tough part of the season. And the Oak's should have smooth sailing the rest of the season. I don't think SV will give them any trouble. And I think it's going to come down to Who Wants It More, it always does. Both teams are going to make mistakes, and have bad plays. But which team is going to overcome, and press forward, and make the big plays they need to win.
Get Up Falcons, and let the team here YOU!!!!!

Honestly, I am just glad that there are some really strong teams in SEO this year that have legitimate chances make deep playoff runs. There are some really interesting match-ups this week, and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a re-match in the playoffs..... nice retort thoughthefunpolice wrote:I hope they will fly into the leaves.. smack into the oak trees...in front of their homefolks...GO MIGHTY OAKS!!!

Good Luck and a speedy recovery to this young man.
I am sure the defense is ready for the Oaks....with or without Slone.4dfalcons wrote:My bet is that Slone plays for Oak Hill.
