i went to northwest and i love it with all my heart but I know that valley always has the speed and the threat of a passing game. sorry Mohawks but I don't think you will even be in this game.

Another rest week for the Indians. Valley should have everyone healthy come week 8 and the matchup with West.

The sooner Valley gets the scoring they want from the first team, the sooner the JV kids get to play. One thing is for sure, there is no reason the Mohawk JV kids shouldn't get to play 10 quarters of football these last five games. Everyone should get to play in each game left this season.

MAYBE NORTHWEST SHOULD JUST START PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE. WHAT IS THE PEE WEE TEAM DOING FRIDAY NIGHT?

Valley has a very good football team this year. Would not be surprised if Valley and West are both undefeated when they meet later this month. As for the future of Northwest football it is just a program that the school district offers the kids an opportunity to participate in each fall. It took me awhile to "get it" but now I do. There are no expectations of anything more than winning two, three, four or maybe five games in a season. You schedule teams in the first five games that you can compete with or beat, then you go into conference play and just try to get as much playing time as possible for the younger kids who don't start. Good luck to both teams this evening and here's to an injury free game and good sportsmanship on both sides!
Re: SOC2: Valley (5-0) @ Northwest (2-3)
Valley needs to get the work in with the starters, and then turn it over to the JV guys. Valley needs to be 100% going into weeks 8, 9, 10.

BEST VALLEY TEAM IN 5 YEARS.
NO DOUBT IN THIS ONE. VALLEY TURNS THIS INTO A SCRIMMAGE WITHIN THE FIRST HALF. IF IT IS WITHIN 3 SCORES AT THE HALF I WILL BE SHOCKED.
