Re: Div 4 region 15
Big game for West this week with Valley. Get this one and big points.
Also big for them is the Hartley Ironton game. If Ironton wins, West has an excellent shot of passing Hartley before the end of the year giving us the 3rd seed. It would be nice to avoid Coshocton until the 2nd round.

Re: Div 4 region 15
for sure, tonight we find out what Valley is all about. I cant see Ironton beating Hartley, and you are also right Coshocton is the sleeper in this region

Re: Div 4 region 15
A lot of close games and some losses in this region... 1-8 seeds could all be good. I think weakest of candidates are Alex and Westfall. Not sure about Pleasant, very good traditionally. Top teams don't want to play Johnstown or Utica, both very good, but going to be tough to get in.

Re: Div 4 region 15
The region's #1 seed is Ironton's to lose. Heath will take #2. Coshocton has tough game against Dover. I don't know what other schools may host after this week.
Re: Div 4 region 15
This region has 3 or 4 contenders. But without a doubt the top three are Ironton, Heath, and Coshocton, just like last year. Hartley is good, but if Heath and Coshocton are as physical as last year, they don't have a prayer of winning this region.
Re: Div 4 region 15
Points will shake out like this:
1 Ironton 8-2
2 Heath 9-1

7. Amanda 7-3
9. Piketon
1 Ironton 8-2
2 Heath 9-1
3 Hartley 8-2
4. Coshocton 8-2
5. Highland 8-2
6. Alex 8-2
7. Amanda 7-3
9. Piketon

West will be in the #5 spot even with the lose and believe it or not Portsmouth will still be in the top 10. Wilmington and Warren both had big point wins for the Trojans last night.AHM wrote:Points will shake out like this:

Why does everyone hope for wests failure?I see it on post after post. Apparently west is the big bad bully on the block that people want to see get beat up.west gets no respect ever.

That's what happens when your good team man.....you get used to it after awhile :122245
Re: Div 4 region 15
Lol just curious: who gets in over an 8-2 West team? Not Piketon and not Westfall - that's for darn sure! Not Portsmouth. Not Johnstown Monroe. West will be in the playoffs with a win next week, regardless of what happens in week 10.

Re: Div 4 region 15
I agree fuzzhead, West will make the playoffs with a win next week. This region is very weak after the top 4 seeds. West is in at 8-2 without a doubt in this region. Good Luck to this team and prayers for Trevon on his surgery Monday.
Re: Div 4 region 15
Trojan...just an update for ya on Trevon. He is goin to surg this afternoon in Cinci with the Bengals dr. His family has posted updates on the other topic if u would like to know more.

You are right. Looks like West is in. I did not realize that Piketon got smoked.
I am sure someone can do the numbers, but it looks like the top 4 are set with Ironton (win out), Heath (win out), Hartley (win out), and Coshocton (lose to Dover this week, win week 10).
