Week 8: Oak Hill (6-1) @ Symmes Valley (7-0)

Post by riverball »

Can't believe this one hasn't been started yet. Huge game in SOC 1, more than likely determines the SOC 1 Championship. Huge playoff impact for both teams. What are everyone's thoughts on this one?

Head says Oak Hill, but who knows. Symmes Valley could take the #1 spot in their region with this win. Oaks lose here and playoffs get pretty shaky IMO.

I've got to go with Oak Hill in this game. This one is almost a toss-up in my book.

This one could be close for about a quarter if SV comes out like a ball of fire and gets the Oaks on their heels. But by the end of the night the Oaks will prevail by multiple scores.

Vikings are definitely the underdogs in this one, but this is a really special team that cannot wait for this challenge. I say the Vikings shock the world (or at least this board :-D ) with the win!

Go Vikings - I know you can do it!!!!

Well, as much as I love trying to get in and out of "The Rock", I think I'll pass on West/Valley and watch another game in good ol' Lawrence County. I'll either be at this game or Fairland/Peake...
Is Oak Hill back to full health or are they still missing people?

Good luck to the Oaks. Glad they have everyone healthy and back on the field.

I heard Slone has thrown darts and lit up defenses since returning against East. I think they still have a bad taste in their mouth from the loss to Minford and I dont see them losing another game in the regular season.

I would say Oak Hill is the only real test on their schedule.
