SEOPS High School Pickem Week #10

The final round of the regular season is here. 95 players remain. One oak now has a 2 game lead for the regular season championship. The top 32 after this week will go into the playoffs. The top 16 will get a 1st round home game. What that means is that the top 16 get a one game advantage in the first round ONLY. In the first round of the playoffs, if you are a top 16 qualifier and you miss the cut by one game, then you get to move on to round #2 anyway.

The cutoff for each round will be just like the playoffs, 32 in round #1, then 16, 8, 4, 2. Obviously round #1 may have more than 32 players because it is close at that spot and ties will also get in. Round #2 will have more than 16 players with the home field deal. Round #2 will be the big elimination when we narrow it to 8.

I'm not going to include all 96 games in the first round of playoffs. I'm going to use all the games in our regions (D4 reg 15, D5 Reg 19, D6 reg 23 and 24 and so on) and I will also include some games from other regions. Round #2 will include ALL games remaining.

Unfortunately, no other prizes were donated. I had a few people on here trying to help us out, but I guess it just didn't work out. My $100 from the business will be distributed as follows: Regular season top 3: $25, $15, and $10 then the remaining $50 is winner take all to the playoff champion.

In case of a regular season tie, I have a tiebreaker game and I need everyone who thinks they may get in the top 3 to pick a total number of points in that game. To win the tiebreaker, you MUST have the winning team selected AND be closest to the correct number of total points scored by both teams. The tiebreaker is the Wheelersburg/West game.
