Sorry don't take my opinion out on NY followers. I do not live back home anymore. Alex was much better last year in my opinion, I'll have to go back and look at the games they won and see. NY is much better this year overall in my opinion. Plus I'm a little bitter

I'd hope all teams from the TVC would be pulling for any TVC team that makes it to the playoffs, you always want your league to be represented well by the teams that make it. Good luck to the Spartan seniors tonight. It's been fun watching all of you through the years.

Any updates on this score? I figured this might be of interest to Tigers fans. Don't know if Alexander would jump higher than 8 with a win or not, though.

Never mind, I saw that Alex was winning on the updates thread.

Alex should just lose and let another team take their playoff spot. Beating Eastern is not going to help you against Ironton. Ironton might as well get a bye week.
Go ahead and knock Eastern, we are a small school. I would suggest Alex play somebody bigger than us. But anyways good luck to all local playoff teams.

Sorry not a knock on Eastern... Maybe it's time for some of those small schools close to each other to consolidate... I really don't know the region but how close are Waterford/Southern/Eastern/Warren/Belpre/Fed Hock/Meigs, etc? Are they close enough to turn 7 schools into 4 or 5? Not sure if I am leaving anyone out

Probably not in my lifetime, but count on seeing Eastern Southern and Meigs combining to form Meigs County High School.
