funnie how you can never rag on a team when you get beat by them but a few month later you grow a set....just remember what goes around comes around.... well not for all schools....

I couldn't tell you, but I'm shocked and taken aback at some of the comments I've read on here.

It baffles me to see some of these comments. Im from OH and if people think CG is just gonna come in and lay down then we're going to be in for a long night. Im sure the team doesnt feel this way.

Agreed. Most people are not from Oak Hill who are making these comments. If Coal Grove beats Oak Hill, it will have nothing to do with the comments made on here. If you think it does, then you think way too much of yourself. I look for it to be a good game, but I do think Oak Hill will win. That doesn't mean that Coal Grove can't win. Anything can happen especially if one team ends up turning the ball over.

Big E,

If these comments surprise you, then wait until you read other threads on here. This one is rather tame in comparison. Many of these people posting might be kids, or "the village Idiot." We should know by now that kids don't always say or act appropriately.

This game should actually have Valley playing Oak Hill in it- sorry CG fans but with the schedule that CG plays- they shouldnt be in these playoffs. I was really surprised that CG was ranked as high as they was for so long. After seeeing Oak Hill play i think they will open this game up and win by as much as they want to. No hard feelings just my opion tough. ;-)

Apparently Valley had a softer non-conf schedule or they would be playing this week, not being mean but every week I seem to have to defend the Grove's schedule.

Really like both these schools but I think this year Oak Hill is too much for the Hornets. Good Luck to both teams!

This is correct Valleys schedule is the reason they didn't make it in.....BURG and Minford are both hosting this week with the same 8-2 record from the SOC. weak non conference schedules have haunted Valley before.

Oaks vs Hornets is a slaughter
Oaks vs Valley is a coin flip

Hope Valley changes the schedule for next year

Should be a good game. The Oaks will pull this one out late in the game after the nerves setttle down.

maybe that is because they have a soft schedule. Two teams with winning record they lost one of those games. oppents total record 42 w 58.

There is no cocky swagger from any of the Oak Hill players. These kids are very business like in their approach and when they break at practice or at games they say " DO WORK" Thats about it. They have been preparing all week and working hard like Coal Grove has. The team and coaches at Oak Hill have nothing but respect for Grove. They have some outstanding skill players. They have a good defense and they play hard. This will not be a walk over by any means and the Team and Coaches know it. Dont think that anyone connected with the team thinks otherwise. I dont understand ,and maybe Im missing something, the comments about swagger and cockiness I just dont see it from the players .
