My guess is less than 20 kids played any real minutes.
He never won a playoff game.
Kids were out of shape. You could see it on the BB court.
Kids did not tackle well. (They never practiced tackling)
Lets get the coaching search started!
How many TVC championship did his teams win?
Football shape is different than basketball shape!
How many championships have the basketball team won in the last 8 years?
20 Kids that almost have the team, almost two partoon!

You fans keep this up and the program will be destoryed!
I agree 100% LHS72..Some people are never happy
Dave Boston jr did a heck of a job...Meade was starting to drag NY into the mud and Coach Boston worked hard to keep The tradition at NY alive.

It is the job of the head coach to ensure all of the players are eligible. Also must teach the kids the right to live life! You guys are going to fool around and destroy a very good program!

Is it the coach who is getting the grades now? Is he the one taking the classes? It's all up to the students to make sure they do well in the class. The coach can only try to motivate them to do better.
Hey stoleit_2711 The coach is still a teacher and manager of young people, when I was in school the coach check our grades and even helped out with our school work or found us help. Again, let me be clear, coach Boston cares very much for the well being of all the kids on his team!

Hey moonschien, Coach Boston only cared about the kids that were going to be seeing the field that week. If they didn't contribute to the progression that Friday night, then he expressed his displeasure with whomever it was and that was it. And only for football was he like that, any other sport pshhh...

Correct me if I am wrong, there was over 22 members of the football team in 2010, and I might be wrong Boston is the Football Coach, correct.

He'll look good wearing the Oakland Raider's silver and black when he's on the sideline of the River Valley Raiders ;-)

Was week 4 on the 2011 schedule filled? I noticed NY is no longer listed as having that date open on the OHSAA website.

That is correct. Davey isn't going anywhere and that came from an extremely reliable source.

How will the Buckeyes fill the hole left by Cunninghams graduation? With the change in the O, the FB won't be used as much but NY will still need a solid FB.

Until he wins some playoff games , no other teams or fans in the DV, Region 19 playoffs have any reason to worry about him or his team.
