People close to the Oak Hill football program know that this group of Seniors was extraordinary. The talent levels fall way off compared to these Seniors. There is no coaching staff out there that could prepare the 2011 team to compete like this years team preformed. I guess they could be completitive with the Greens and ND but dont even think about Minford, Wheelersburg and such. It is not really fair for the team that follows this bunch of Seniors.

Doesn't Burg lose a ton, and didn't Oak Hill's JV beat Burg's JV?

MOF - your correct that the burg does lose a ton. The current junior class is maybe one of the weakest that has come through the burg in a long while. The Burg will be better than the Oaks though. Hopefully the Oaks faithful are smart enough realize the luxury that they have experienced over these Seniors run is gone for a long while.

I am just pointing out that they do have a chance. You made it sound like they shouldn't show up for that game against Burg and Minford.

I don't think anyone said that Oak Hill had a great football program, but chances are if you look at our record against your team it is pretty close. Most people like to look at the years from about 2002-2007 and don't really look at Oak Hill's past. Do we have the same football program as Burg and Ironton, no, not many in our area or even the state do.
