Congratulations to Klay on making 1st Team All-Ohio in Division III! He had an outstanding season and is very deserving of this rare honor.

Also making All-Ohio Honorable Mention for the Ironmen were Bubba Landrum, OJ Barr, Drew Ervin, Kip Winchester, and Luke Eisnaugle.

I don't have a list of 1st teamers compiled, but I'm pretty sure that David Swisher made it. I think there are a few others from over the years, but I can't say for sure. I'm thinking Joey Boggs was a 1st Team DB, but I just can't remember. What about Shane Wolford? He was a top two or three finisher for Mr. Football his senior season, so I would think he was a 1st teamer also.

I was told last week that Klay made the North/South All Star Game which will be played in April. That is a great accomplishment, looks like he and the Shankweiler kid will get to know each other pretty well this spring. Good to see 2 local kids getting a chance to show case their skills at the highest level.
