South Gallia 45. Federal hockng 43. Final

The game was crazy. South Gallia jumped out to lead at the start of the game and looked like they would walk away with it. Then the Rebels did not score a single point in the 2nd quarter and trailed by 8 or so at halftime. SG would then battle back to 5 points then Fed Hock would get a couple baskets to extend the lead to 8 or 9 points. With about 3:30 remaining in the game Fed Hock led by 9 points. South Gallia then turned up the defense and forced several turnovers and scored the go ahead points with 6 seconds remaining. Fed Hock missed a last second shot that could have tied the game because it was inside the three point line. Wild finish. Fed Hock brought a very nice crowd to the game for a weeknight.

There are no boring games with this team.

South Gallia's boys record on the TVC website is incorrect. SG is actually 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the TVC Hocking.
