If this is the winters guy I know he asst. Coached coach pitch baseball, and he wasn't good at that. He did third base and got more runners threw out than safe. What is his experience? I can't believe they would ask this guy he knows very little about the game. Although that is the river valley way.

I don't know about the coaching situation but I know the new transfer they have is a heck of a player I've heard.

What's going on here? We are two months from practice and no coach yet.

Yea just like in basketball. Averaging about 2 points a game and getting D1 offers.

Bobby Jeffers, is RV's Varsity coach. He was assistant to Coach Eddy last year. Should be a good season for the boys.

Really? Great choice. He seemed to be very helpful as an assistant. He had a great season in the summer with these boys. What's Coach Eddy doing now?FlyersBaseball wrote:I guess I'll put it here: Bobby Jeffers is new coach

Yeah he was a beast in basketball in the beginning until our crappy coaches got ahold of him. They can turn any great player into crap. But he was throwing ball with my sons boy the other day and my boy said they were all amazed by hoe he throws. I am anxious to watch and see hoe solid he is.Fred G.
