You folks are just too much! Keep it coming! Bickering over the petty and insignificant OVC! Like flies buzzing around a dung heap in the heat of the day in the serengeti. LOVE IT!

No i said we were more classy about the out come of this pat years game! Everybody has times when they get upset and they become classless!
I think its funny why all these Coal Grove People can't use common sense to talk about one single thing. This is a Chesapeake Football 2011 formum nothing else! So therefor your irrelevance is funny to me b/c when somebody calls CG people out about something they just keep blabbering b/c they dont know the facts they have to come up with an obnoxious comment to try and deture the conversation! It isn't working!

I like Fuss's comment! lol.

who is going to take coach Davis' place next year and how is that going to affect them. Those boys knew how to run Davis' offense wuth their eyes shut. What's going to happen if they bring in someone with a different offense?

Is coach Rice or Cannonball in line for the job? Or are they even interested. And what about the Middle school coach? Does he have the expirience or interest for the job.

Davis did recomend his predecessor. And it would be the best Choice for the bored this man being Mr. Andy Clark he has been on staff for over 6yrs. He is a younger guy who knows how to run the Double Wing Offense but he will switch it up also with some spread attack and option looks he would be the best fit for the job. There is a good group of seniors coming up, im not sure why the board would want to run them off by bringing in an outsider.

Some years, CG's gonna sting the Panthers at football-Other years, Peake's gonna swat the Hornets at football. Goes in cycles.

As for Peake football 2011, could be an outstanding season, if Andy Clark is hired to replace Phil Davis.(Good Luck & God Bless Coach D in his retirement & in any future endeavors!) Peake is capable of beating Oak Hill or Lucasville on a given Friday. In 2010, Peake's low point was their lackadaisical effort against Symmes Valley; they turned it around against Fairland & Grove.

Speakinga cycles, Peake useta regularly hammer Wayne & Tolsia not forever ago. Now the shoe's on the other foot with Wayne. Again, cyclic...

o.v.c hands down goes to the peake..if they stay healthy all season and no injuries i can safely say they can go an easy 7-3 maybe even better...but they will have to work in the OFF season

Chesapeake is returning many key players from last years team. They have pretty much their whole line and backfield coming back with the exception of losing their fullback. Defensively they lose only a linebacker, one defensive lineman, and a safety. This team will have about 15 seniors if everybody from last year's team plays again. The panthers will be a team to look out for this upcoming season. I can't wait!

Not trying to stir the pot but have an honest question, I know that the Peake fans are happy to get a head coach that has been in the system so nothing will change in the offense, but with all that the Peake has returning, how will everyone feel if the Panthers don't deliver this year and it is due to a rookie coach?

Coach Clark has been around the game his whole life including 4 years of collegiate play. He will probably keep the base offense but will probably run many different variations to utilize the talent that he has returning.

Yep, my guess is he keeps the base offense, but things will change especially in the passing game.
