I have to say it was probably the best 5 dollars i've spent in a long time lol. Very good game. The place was jam packed.

Blake had 42, Jacob Daniels had 9, Trent Arey had 9, Andy had 2, and Tyler had 2 or 3.

Great game by Blake and hopefully more to come. Hopefully we can return the favor at Peebles later this season.
Rematch Tue Jan. 25th

The 13 three pointers by Blake ties him at 3rd on the state's all-time list for 3s made in a game. He is sitting on 246 career treys which is good for 14th all time for Ohio. He is also at 1707 career points.

it was the best high school basketball game between to excellent teams that i had witnessed in a long time.combs played about the best defense that you could have on justice but he was pulling up from the volley ball line with a hand in his face and still drained them,he was like 13 for 20 from three point line.both benches played well also.pretty evenly matched teams it should be another good one when they play eachother again on jan.25 at peebles.congrats to both teams on a great game and excellent sportsmanship.

3's is the only shot justice has but i have to give him credit he was on fire tonight and his performance tonight is 2nd best performance ive seen by a high school player ever..great game played by both teams

I disagree. Justice does a lot of things very very well on the basketball floor, not just shooting from beyond 19' 9".

Just curious, what is the best performance you've seen by a high school basketball player? For me, hands down it was Chris Lofton of Mason Co. in the KHSAA state title game at Rupp Arena in 2003. He had like 39 points on eight or nine three pointers after playing the semifinal game that morning and led the Royals to their first state title.

I'd have to disagree with street baller also..........not sure how many games you've watched justice play but his take it to the hole game is pretty good too.......he's pretty much unstoppable when he drives to the basket. Other than his performance the team as a whole didn't play well.

Tribemaniac - what did you see the last few minutes of the game? Forcing the ball - TURNOVERS, 1 on 2 or 3. What about inside out? NEVER, if the ball goes inside it never comes back out. All Season - never utilize the inside out game that is right there.

Peebles defense was poor - had to abandon matchups 3 minutes in - never made your highlight reel - just points scored right. Is this a team sport or a stat challenge?

Not sure if you noticed but Peebles lost, poor team performance, lots of turnovers, especially in the last 2 minutes when each posession was BIG. If stats is more important then keep posting as you were ....

I don't think Blake was concerned about his stats...he's the best scorer on the team and he put the game on his back to cretae a 14 point swing.

What a game...what a performance by Blake and both teams. I had never seen Blevins play before, and it was worth the five dollars. Manchester has a deep, quick team led by one of the best players in SE Ohio...they'll go far in the D4 bracket for sure.

Poor team effort,i really dont care about how many 3s were made and what the record is or was,the bottom line is a loss. One player will not beat good teams, and thats what we saw last night. The other players were never in the offense, and its hard to keep your self into the game when all your doing is setting screens, and penetrating inorder to get the ball back to one player.Teams win games not players. If this team is to have a deep run in the tourny,it will have to be a team effort, not a player effort. GO INDIANS

Not much positive to write about other than his shooting. We were forced into a bunch of turnovers and Manchester got to the line a lot more frequently than we did..end of story.

some of you ppl r unbelievable...justice by no means was worried about stats and u could tell after the game...any normal kid would be extremly happy now being known as the 3rd all time for 3's n a game...he played well and did what he needed to do to keep his team in the game...countryman got in foul trouble early which really hurt the indians..seein as he is the next best scorer on the team ...when u play good teams ur true players stand out...if u watched the game close enough...the kids were doing what they could to get the ball to justice when he was hot..mcfarland couldnt hit a shot outside n had 2 air balls....kids a good shooter just stuggled last night and it happens..arey got the ball to justice well..but had to many TO's n the game..and down the stretch justice ony shot one shot and that was a missed 2 pointer..so lets not take anything away from the kid..he did what he needed to..to try and keep his team n the game..i dont think any of the players would be mad at him for that...as a team the indians couldnt get it going..that'll change when they have countryman for 32 min...him and justice are a tough tangent to handle
