Congrats to OH and Norm on his milestone. A very solid, fundamental team. OH limited SW to 1 and done all nite, Jeeps only had a handful of offensive rebounds. OH played solid team ball. I couldn't point out any kid from OH who had a huge game, they all shared in the wealth and contributed equally. Their zone kind of lulls you to sleep and they are very long which only adds to its' effectiveness. Loop had a MONSTER game, the Oaks had no answer for him tonite, but no on else seemed to step up. Scott had a game I know he will want to forget. It just wasn't his nite. 0 points and he had good looks, just couldn't get them to fall. I give the officials a C- tonite. They made a lot of calls while being out of position, basically missed a good game. Equally bad on both sides. TH needs to give it up, he can't get up and down the court anymore.

I hate to say the officials took webster out of the game... but I will. Scott, Miller and Sutton combine for 13 fouls... nah. Webster cut it to 4 late in the game then Norm got the whistle. Ugly game. Sw needs to forget about it and beat everyone else in the SOC. Oak Hill can handle pressure but they got flustered when Sw put the press on and the momentum changed.

SW couldn't get anything to fall in the 1st quarter. Went down by ten! That was the game!! They clawed back into it many times but could not get any closer than 4 I think. Scott didn't score! That killed them. Also, Oak Hill is very physical and sometimes even cheap!! The Refs, outside of the tall one were terrible! One sits down every chance he gets! He may think it is cute but I think it is ridiculous. He is one of the worse refs I have ever seen. Always out of position!! The tall ref needs to get with a different crew!!

Regulator----quit whining. Oak Hill is cheap, the refs were horrible. I hope you are a student with shallow comments like that.

I read a lot of posts on here about game summary's over the years and I am starting to see a pattern. The comment about Oak Hill being very physical and almost dirty is becoming commonplace on here. I am having a hard time believing people just make up these comments (sometimes, actual eyewitness reports) about Oak Hill. Do you think the Oak Hill coaches just turn the other way or do you believe they promote this type of play? Maybe I am completely off base on the topic because I have not watched Oak Hill play much over the years?

Not whining at all. Just giving my 1/2 cents worth!
The short white haired ref is terrible!! Anyone watching that game could see that he is lazy and unprofessional. Funny thing is, I saw him reffing tournament games last year. Wow, if that is the best SE OHIO has to offer for tournament officials then we will continue to see bad reffing this tournament.

I will add: Congrats to Coach Persin on his 600th victory. That is a great accomplishment. And Very Classy of South Webster for recognizing him after the game and presenting him a game ball.

Physical yes but there is nothing wrong with that. Oaks have a lot of FB players on the team. Dirty, no. They play as physical as the refs allow them to. Again, nothing wrong with that. Webster didn't position themselves to get rebounds last nite and that was the difference.
