In reply to the "trophy" remarks..yes you want the girls to play and get better, winning isnt everything, but you have to teach kids to win at an early age, not at an "all costs" way, but to be competitive and fight till the end..winning programs at the higher levels teach winning ways at the lower levels. Kids have to understand that you have to work to get better to win ball games, not everyone is even, but with work you can get to an even level..

Looking at the 6th grade schedule, there is no time slot on Sunday for the winner of the Wednesday 5:00 winner. Or am I overlooking it?

Just wanted to say (after reading some other post on this site) that the 2 older refs at the Minford girls tournament were very good. They were courteous, professional, had common sense and were their for the benfit of the girls.
