Peebles Vs Whiteoak
Re: Peebles Vs Whiteoak
That might have been the best reporting i have seen on here. You should be on radio they don't do it that good in any sport. c103 needs you, they don't ever give the score. Fine job GO INDIANS

Re: Peebles Vs Whiteoak
Just got back from the football game. VERY physical with turnovers abound for both sides. Jake Daniels led the Peebles offense and defense with 24pts and 12 reb. Justice, who was colder than ive seen him in any game this season, came out firing on all cylinders in the fourth and ended up putting up 22pts, 5reb, 5assists, and 6stls(congrats to him for passing 1 and 3/4 thousand tonight). Trent Arey finished third in the point tally with 13pts, 8reb, and 4stls. Tyler and Andy showed some promise in the time they were in the game but were relegated to the bench most of the game due to foul trouble(Countryman played 30 seconds in the second half). Also want to give a little recognition to the bench, they came out and played hard in this one. Brandon Leedy and Jake Daniels did an awesome job controlling the paint down the stretch. Leedy finished with 7pts and 10rebs. The Peebles JV also won 61-52.

Thanks for the rundown...know any Whiteoak stats? This was a game that I thought Peebles would have well in hand...what went wrong for the Indians/right for the Wildcats?TribeManiac10 wrote:Just got back from the football game. Much better with each game having it's own Topic, rather than falling under a SHL heading. Please stay on top of this jchitwood.

Re: Peebles Vs Whiteoak
Personally I thought the game got a little out of hand physically and we were forced into a bunch of turnovers which almost always turned into easy fast break points for Whiteoak. Most of the game our shooting percentage was terrible..had some open looks but they couldnt get anything to fall from downtown. The game was really physical but it seems like the refs always blew the whistle at some absurd time when little, if any contact had taken place(This applies to Whiteoak as well as Peebles). Also a couple of the gaurds for Whiteoak made the best of some wide open shot attempts from three. Not sure on stat specifics for Whiteoak but Gage Carraher(sp.?) and Joe Micheal were their top two contributers tonight(both were in the low to mid teens in scoring).jchitwood wrote:Thanks for the rundown...know any Whiteoak stats? I'll keep posting scores under the SHL heading, but I'll leave individual game topics up to whoever wants to post them. Some games (like Ripley vs. Eastern) wouldn't generate much interest on here, since there are few Jays and Warriors fans on SEOPs.bucknut53 wrote:Much better with each game having it's own Topic, rather than falling under a SHL heading. Very impressed with Daniels and Arey tonight. Agree the Refs were really bad. Great effort by both teams.
