5th Annual Spartan Bench and Dead Lift Meet
To Be Held At: Alexander High School Gymnasium
Weigh-Ins – 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Lifting will start at 11:00 a.m.
$5.00 Entry Fee

On behalf of Alexander High School, I would like to invite you and your team to compete in the Alexander High School bench and dead lift meet. We will follow the rules and regulations that are used for the State Power Lifting Meet held in Kenton (For example, no bench shirts are allowed).

We hope that this meet will be very competitive like last year’s, and we hope you and your team can attend. (We will provide chalk, locker rooms, and showers.)

We will have 12 weight classes. They are 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 210, 225, 250, and unlimited.

Medals will be given to the top three lifters in each weight class and ribbons for 4-6th place. Individual trophies for Top Bench and Top Dead Lift will also be awarded. We will also award one individual for the best “Pound for Pound” total over his body weight.
We will also have team trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. All participants must sign the waiver enclosed before participation (Coaches, please get the enclosed form signed by your players).

Concession stands will be open before and stay open during the meet. We will have breakfast items. T-shirts will be sold at the cost of $12.
