Gallipolis at Marietta, ppnd, reset Jan. 29. Gallipolis wanted to play, but Marietta said no. Probably because Marietta has a makeup game with Portsmouth on Saturday.

Sad thing is that the roads are clear.

Side roads around Portsmouth area are snow packed. Sun and traffic has made the top of the pack wet. Cold temps tonight at 11 degrees will cause refreezing, on even the salted sections. This will make it extremely slick. I can drive on it because I am aware of it, but many young drivers don't have a clue how slick it is until they are spinning around in circles. So while I hate to see games postponed because I know the players and parents could get there safe, there are other's involved. Plus low turnout cut's into gate money.
