By the stats, it has to be Luke Taylor from SV. Close behind would be McCloud from Green.
Just my opinion now!

I also have to go with Taylor. I really doubt McCloud is generating those kinds of numbers.
Clay has a good team as does Eastern but no one really stands out on their teams like Taylor does for SV and McCloud does for Green. That being said I hope we get past Eastern on Saturday. They are capable of a major upset if we come off that western game to cocky.
keep your heads up vikings and make those passes.
Go Vikings, Good Luck

Depends on who wins the league. Traditionally the POY has come from the league champ, so if Green wins the league I would expect it to McCloud. If it ends up a tie then it could be Taylor or a tie between Taylor and McCloud.

Clay has very good balance with 4 players avg 11-12 ppg, so even if they would have won the SOC, it would be hard to pick a POY from that squad. usually that goes to a player who carries his team.

McCloud is averaging 19 pts per game and 12 rbs per game and 2 assist per game also has several blocked shots and is by far the better alround player so to say he is notI capable of those numbers is way off base Taylor is a good player but is not as good as McCloud. IMO
McCloud is hands down your POY in soc1 best allround.

Re: Who will win SOC I Player of the year?
Luke Taylor exploded tonight versus Eastern Pike in a must win game for the vikings to share the SOC. Taylor had 27 points and 22 rebounds!!! This pushed his season stats to 18.8 points per game and 13.4 rebounds per game. This kid has literally been dominant in EVERY game the vikings have played this year, and has had a great supporting cast from his teammates. The vikings not only won a share of the SOC, they also set a school record for regular season wins with 17 total. They finished 17-3 overall and are currently riding a 12 game win streak into the tournament. Let the chips fall where they fall, but in my opinion i truly don't know how anyone could not vote for taylor, Great season luke! Everyone from viking nation is proud of you!

Craft from symmes valley. He needs to shoot the ball more. He was shut down last year in tournament, I hope he can light it up this year.

Do your homework. He is a rebounder, not a scorer.
