2/19 Symmes Valley vs. Eastern Pike for the SOC I

Post by WestBuckeye »

Symmes has to win tomorrow night in order to share the SOC I with green... SV won by 9 or 10 at eastern, but the game was very close. Who wins!?!?

If you wanna seat your better get to the valley early it's gonna be standing room only

Good luck to SV. They are another team, that as I remember, wasn't predicted to be on top this season. They made the most of what they had and put together an impressive season.

A GREAT TEAM MOTTO: "THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF IT'S PARTS"
THIS STATEMENT DEPICTS THE VIKINGS TEAM THIS YEAR.

Miller: great floor director- sees all of the floor(also, amazing 3 point shooter..USE IT PLEASE...)
Taylor: great leader, best when under pressure, averaging double/double, good defense
Craft: calm and steady, not easily rattled, great confidence, good defense
Stanley: most improved, wants the ball, great at shot blocking, involved in scoring
Wilson: has come into his own, playing really well (great timing)
Patterson: good rebounder, playing really smart, involved in scoring, passing well
Brown: playing his best ball right now, good shot, good defense, mixes things up
Lemaster: shooting really well, especially the long ball
Conley, Baldwin, Herrell are assisting from JV and capable of Varsity play as needed.

The score in this one was not even close. SV won by about 30, can't remember the final score. Got too interested in the cutting down of the nets.
I don't know his name, but pray for the player from Eastern who was injured. It appeared as though he got hit in the head and he was taken to the hospital by ambulance. I don't think it was too serious, but prayers never hurt.
