Yea, but that is softball. Very tough schedule both conference and non-conference for Minford, but I think the Lady Falcons should do well in post-season play.

Minford got back to the winning side of things with a 9-2 victory over the host South Webster Jeeps.
An overall good performance by the Lady Falcons today, as we get ready for post-season play.
Next up for Minford will be a rescheduled game at Wheelersburg and a sectional final vs. Wheelersburg at home 5-13.

How many games did minford get in ? not any harm to me but why not play some more make up games between May 3rd and May 13th ?

So far we got 19 games in with Wheelersburg to be scheduled and we had to cancel 8 non-conference games. Not to bad considering...

so any idea why not make up a few of the lost 8 non conference games ? better than a 8-10 day layoff .

Minford closed out the regular season on a winning note by defeated host Wheelersburg 3-2.
The Lady Falcons will now head into post-season play Friday as they host the Lady Pirates in Minford for a sectional final and a right to play in the districts.

Minford goes into the record books by defeating Wheelersburg 3 times in one season with a 7-4 Division III Sectional Championship over the Lady Pirates taking 2 days to complete sweep due to Lightning.
Next game for Minford will be Wednesday 5-15 @ 4:30 at Chillicothe Unioto High School for a District Semifinal game against Williamsport Westfall a 10-5 winner over Oak Hill.
