I've seen both teams play this year and Ironton is head and shoulders better than Meigs. I'm a TVC guy, but theres just no fooling anyone in this one. I'll take Ironton by 25.

And run-n-gun, Oak Hill has a way of making the teams that play them not look very good--even in a loss. They play very tough defense and in all honesty, their games are VERY boring to watch. But they win--and Ironton is very good team to have beaten them.

If coach Lafon don't do something about all the attitudes on his team and get his kids disciplined they will not do well in the future. By the time those kids are seniors the fans won't be able to get in the gym because their heads will be so big. I wish them the best in the tournament and in the future.

I think you misunderstood, i am saying win by 1 or 100, fast paced or slow paced game, leading scorer or kid off the bench making key plays; at this time of year you just need to win by 1 and advance.

Thanks for the help, I'll always be a little computer illiterate but am glad I can count on people such a you to help out, thanks. I've still gotta get my youngest one to help me with that daggone remotes for those new TV's on some things (especially when you gotta use 3 different ones). I can't keep up with the technology.

Seth Wells (6'5") and Jesse Smith (6'4") will both have to come up big today for Meigs to keep it close. Ironton has the better basketball players but they sometimes have what I call "undisciplined lulls" where they tend to forget to play together and have "city ball" episodes when fouls, traveling, etc. are called and let the game get away from them at these times. Meigs needs to take full advantage when these things happen and make something good happen for their team at the same time. Good Luck Marauders !!!!!

It was 8-8 then the doors fell off. Try a 1-3-1 or something they haven't seen in the films and make them shoot outside. The easy inside baskets are killing them.
