Re: Manchester vs Harvest Prep
Harvest Prep will apply a full court pressure, probably unlike any the Greyhounds have seen all year. The ability to take care of the basketball and force the Warriors to play MHS' style will be the keys to the game from Manchester's perspective.
Below is an article about Harvest Prep's win over Newark Catholic in the District Championship. There is another thread discussing Harvest Prep as well.

If the OHSAA hurries up and gets this investigation over within the next few days this one might not have to be played. lol

Re: Manchester vs Harvest Prep
It ain't gonna happen. Just like Eastern (Meigs) girls last week with the girls Harvest Prep team. They'll just wait till after the season and hand down the sanctions then. Not fair but what can you do ?TribeManiac10 wrote:If the OHSAA hurries up and gets this investigation over within the next few days this one might not have to be played. lol
P.S. - If any Hounds fans are Catholic, pull out all your rosary beads and recite all the prayer's you can and it could help.

Re: Manchester vs Harvest Prep
Harvest Prep should "probably" win by 20, BUT I live in Mason County and the Royals were "supposed" to beat an inferior Pendleton County team in the 10th Region semifinals and proceeded to lose. Hounds are playing with house money, I can't imagine anyone is going to give them a chance and that might be enough of an edge to keep them in it for a while.
Strange, strange things can happen. If Manchester can limit those turnovers and just hang around, you never know what can happen in the 4th.

I'll be pulling for the Hounds in this one. But Prep will be a massive handful.
Good thing about this is despite the outcome, Manchester will most likely win the Regional title. Either by direct victory or in 3 months after Prep is determined to be in violation of OSHAA rules and is stripped of all wins and titles.
So congrats!!!
Just hope it's by a victory!
Has Manchester ever been to a Final Four?

Re: Manchester vs Harvest Prep
Manchester has been to the Final Four once, in 1928 and finished as runner up. They haven't been to a Regional Final since then.

Luck runs out for the bloodhound gang on Friday. HP by 15+. Good season though.

Lane Daniels does great work. So it would not surprise me if that picture was taken by Lane Daniels Photography. What beautiful creatures. But....
Prep by 23.
If you havent seen that kind of athleticism it can be overwhelming.
