I have not seen Garaway play....but judging by their scores, they are going to want to keep the score in the forties.....good luck with that, as Chesapeake is THE best high school team that I have ever seen at forcing tempo with their defensive intensity. They are relentless and have seemingly infinite energy.

Good luck Chesapeake, bring the state home to the OVC.

Grayaway has the upperhand in this matchup. Tougher schedule and more post season experience (under current coach). way i see it, Garyway will win by 15. GO HERD!!!!!

Chesapeake has played just as strong of a schedule. The majority of the quality opponents on Garaway's schedule are D4(Hiland, Malvern, St. Peter Chanel) with the exception of some of the teams they have beat in the tourny(Monroe Central, St. Clairsville, etc.) and Tuscawaras Valley/Alliance. Chesapeake beat Garaway and advanced to the state tourny so experience will not be a factor. The Honingford kid is a great player but I believe Chesapeake has the stronger team. Peake by single digits.

I know the tradition of Garaway and their post player is very good. That being said, I'll be surprised if they beat the Peake. I doubt they have seen the type of defensive pressure they will see this evening. Holding the ball will not be easy.

and my husband played for Wheelersburg! They ALWAYS would beat us!
