Chesapeake is just too much for Portsmouth... Peake cuts down the nets at the end of the game and we won't be seeing any dance moves from any trojans when the buzzer sounds :aaaaa57

Ok, Tobias you are wise! We all know that. But alright lets talk DEFENSE...
Those 8 common games i talked about earlier the Trojans gave up 392points in those games so i divided it by those games thy Trojans gave up 49ppg. The Panthers in those games gave up 352points which means they gave up 44ppg. So if you want to go by that i say Peake +5. Also if you subtract the two totals of points given up then divide it by those 8 games you get the same number 5 so if i look at it like that i say Peake +5. Also there is one more view point on the season the Trojans gave up 49ppg the whole season just like in those 8 games, and the panthers gave up 44ppg the whole season the same as those 8 games so it leads me to say it again. Peake +5.
I will keep my same prediciton Chesapeake 77
Portsmouth 62 (Thats if both teams defenses dont show up?)
Now if the defenses show up im not gonna predict a score but i say Peake +5.
EITHER WAY THE PEAKE WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 1978 Trojan team beats the 2011 Peake team by 8 or 10 IMO (Great doo's and staches by the way). Also, do you notice how most player's back in the day had to stay in shape to wear the tight knit and short legged uni's. The high sanitaries and cotton socks topped it off with Converse alone being mostly the shoe of choice (some teams wore the leather Pumas, popular at the time). These kids now have to have everything XL or above now and hanging at or below their knee's. Now let's go forward to 2011. This Trojan team is not the 1978 or 1988 team. Peake by 7.

OK I threw some stats together as well, The Steelers beat the Benglas by 13 and 6, The Browns beat the Benglas by 12, and The 76ers just lost last night....so final prediction...................does it really matter. The game is played today, not during the season. Its tourney time people enjoy it, sure wish I could make it, but Ill be in Happy Valley watching the first round of the Womens tourney! GO TROJANS!

Re: Chesapeake vs. Portsmouth - Regional Final - 3-19
FANOSP0RTS: Portsmouth's other state championship was in 1931........the Trojans beat Canton McKinley 20-19 in OT..........according to my research, PHS is 3-0 vs. McKinley in the tournament........interesting note considering the Bulldogs are the #1 winningest program in Ohio high school history with almost 1,700 wins.
You are right about Forest Park.......they are now Winton Woods.......Forest Park and Greenhills consolidated to become WW........that Forest Park team in 1990 may have been the single most athletic team Portsmouth has ever faced.........the starting guards were Alex Davis, who started for Ohio State, Tony Watson, who started at PG for Ohio U., and Carlton Gray, who played football for UCLA and the Seattle Seahawks........they also had a 6-4 post player named Nick Smith, who at the time had a football scholarship offer from Notre Dame.
