Didn't realize Belpre was D4...the west side is definitely top heavier.

Belpre is listed as D4 on SE site. But, it could be wrong I suppose.

Belpre is definitely D4, second year in D4 division

1) ND 2) Fairfield 3)Clay 4) East ND plays winner of Eastern and So Webster. little surprised Clay was not the 2 but I know very little of Fairfield. Looks like the West is far stronger than the East . And if I read the brackets correct and the upper seeds don't get upset then Fairfield and East could meet and ND-Clay for a 3rd time. I'm new to Ohio vasity sports --why would the 2 get a lower seed than the 1 should both advance without being upset ? 1 gets the 3 , 2 gets the 4 ? is that correct ? don't slam me , like I said I'm a newbie at this drawing business. I'd think 1-4 and 2-3 . MD
