Minford at South Webster
The Lady Falcons got back on the winning side of the column with a 9-2 over the Lady Jeeps.
Minford was able to use good defense, good bats and good pitching to put up 9 runs on South Webster, before giving up 2 runs in the 7th off freshman Jordyn Pennington, who pitched in her first varsity game.

Chillicothe defeated Portsmouth 6-2. I have nothing but great respect and admiration for how Portsmouth came out firing tonight. Chillicothe pitched their reserve pitcher (Rylee Bouillion was out of school/game due to sickness) Kayla Keener and she picked up the CG win. Portsmouth played with only 9 players, including their 3rd baseman who was playing with a torn ACL from earlier in the season. Great effort by the Lady Trojans on never giving up. Chillicothe hopefully travels to Jackson tomorrow night to start the first of 3 games vs the Ironladies in 8 days.

Wheelersburg beat Valley 8-6. Great pitching against a great hitting Valley team. The bats for the lady pirates were outstanding. Jessie Pistole 3 hits, Kelsey Jenkins on base every time had a double and bunt and single She stole home on passed ball twice, Lauren Spradlin had double, Abby Sparks helped herself get the win with a two run double . great win for the pirates. They are way better than there record shows 7-6 they lost six games by 7 runs. They are playing there best ball at the end of the season. Keep it up lady pirates..................
