In Ohio it is 10 runs after five innings.

Most of the sactioning bodies have changed over the years in men's, women's and co-ed (NSA, USSSA AND ASA) but for the most part I think it's 20 after 3, 15 after 4 or 10 after 5. Fast pitch only goes 6 innings and slow pitch 7 but most of these are standard now (leagues, tourneys, etc.) unless you have deviations that different cities or towns put in when you play in their leagues (summer, rec, travel, etc.). I haven't kept up on high school OHSAA rules lately but I guess they still play ASA rules for the most part with some state rules mixed in I would guess ?
