What's the hold up now?

Would Portsmouth still being in the baseball tourney have any bearing on the Softball all league nominations.... Does track factor in to the hold up also? This needs changed.... Some schools could be done by the time the tournaments are over... What's the sense of having a sports awards banquet when you can't release the names of the recipients????
