Northeast Ohio won all divisions of Softball this year:

DI : Hoover (N. Canton)
DII: Poland
DIII: Champion (Warren)
DIV: Strasburg-Franklin (South of Canton)

I know that tourney's and travel ball have always played a big part in that part of the state in the summer's but shouldn't the rest of the state be able to win at least one championship a year or is that area just superior year in , year out ? (In baseball the SW, Central, NE and NW regions won championships this year)
