Speed Performance Oriented Resistance Training (SPORT) has returned to the Jackson area YMCA for its 2nd season. After a very successful first year I’m pleased to bring SPORT back, for the athletes of the Jackson area.
Last year we had a great turnout of athletes from peewee through the high school level, and we look for more of the same this year. For those of you that don’t know, SPORT is a high intensity athletic performance program. We work to improve each athletes speed, strength, and agility, through professionally designed individualized programs to meet the needs of each athlete.
