I dont have a final yet but Peebles beat Lynchburg Clay in the district semi today. They are 14-2-2 and advance to play the winner of South Webster/Minford in the District finals.

The Pirates lead 2-0 at the half and held on to win in a hard fought game. The Spartans battled in the second half and came up with a penalty kick for their only score.

Congratulations Pirates and Good Luck in Jackson on Saturday at 3:30! The Pirates will play East District 1 winner, which is Berlin Hiland. Hiland 12-4-0 defeated 9-5-1 Caldwell 10-1 tonight.

Thanks to the Spartan fans for all of their well wishes for the Pirates in their next game. It is good to see fans that have class! Your team gave you everything they had and should be very proud of their effort.

Coshocton-Rosecrans winner will not be decided until Tuesday at 6 p.m. A DENSE fog settled over the field and it was absolutely not safe to play. They delayed for awhile and eventually realized it wasn't going to happen. Game only 10 minutes into first half. Still 0-0. I would be shocked if Coshocton didn't win tomorrow but you never know at tournament time.
