Re: NORTH ADAMS vs HUNTINGTON
No problem. North Adams has matched them every step of the way. Just need to try to cut down on the turnovers. Will Leasure twisted his ankle halfway through the quarter and was helped off the court. Not sure if he will be ready to go in the third or not.followthru wrote:Thanks, Tribe!

These are the days I'm glad I'm not a ref. I would have been tempted to throw some people out at this point.. The huntsmen have a 7pt lead at the moment. Huntington on the line.

Way to many turnovers to be successful. After 3...Huntington 47 - North Adams 33.

Anyone have a final? Huntington had the momentum to go along with an 18pt lead when I left.

Very disappointing effort by the devils tonight. congrats to the Huntsman. Good luck against Peake.
Re: NORTH ADAMS vs HUNTINGTON
Congratulations to the Huntsmen on their win over a very athletic North Adams team. I know that none of us have ever seen or heard my next statement but the officials had a very bad night. Why call fouls a certain way all year and then in the tournaments allow both teams to beat one another. One of the problems with the Southeast Board's policy is that officials should be voted on as 3 man teams instead of individually. That would bring about more consistency and better communications between officials. Tribe-- you said you would have thrown someone out tonight but the reason they didn't was because they knew both benches were correct in their opinions of how the game was being called. Those 3 gentlemen were within an instant of losing total control of the game. Everyone, including coaches, players, and fans have a bad day. I honestly believe that the officials associations and the District Boards should reevaluate how officials are chosen and that fouls called in the regular season are called the same way in tournaments.
