It's tournament time. Nothing will come easy. Waverly had better bring their A game or it will be one and done.

I know the Waverly kids are being pounded with "you can't take anyone lightly". I hope they take it to heart and are prepared to bring it Saturday night. If they do the orange & black Tigers should be claiming their 3rd sectional championship in a row. Tiger nation needs to show up in force.

So will they be clearing the gym before this game?
If so, what time will fans be allowed to enter the gym for this game?

Re: Waverly vs. Mcclain at southeastern
Waverly and McClain has been becoming a recurring theme in this sectional for about a dozen years now. I remember playing McClain in a sectional game, when the games were still being held at Chillicothe High School, my senior year. So I don't expect a blow out but I will take the Orange and Black.
When was the last time Waverly won 3 consecutive sectionals?

It's been a long time G&B. Haven't won a district since 1980. I think we won back to back sectionals with Creed Miller but other that I can't remember 3 in a row.

I stopped to buy tickets at Waverly High School yesterday but was told they had sold out. The secretary said they sold all 250. Is that all the tickets we received? If so, why such a small number?

The number of tickets each school gets is determined by the number of seats in the gym. I don't know the capacity at Southeastern HS, but 500 tickets between the schools are already sold, as McClain is sol out as well. You better get in line early to get in!
