22-19 river at half. Price with 12. Balanced scoring for Caldwell. Rebounding is hurting the skins. They've left a couple points at the free throw line as well.

Weichman fouls out with 7 minutes left. Two very questionable calls went against him. They called 3 fouls in 12 seconds on Caldwell at the start of the 4th.

The Price kid is one of the better underclassmen in the PVC, but River's entire team is underclassmen. Nice 'W' and congrats on District berth.

No matter what it will be River vs Strasburg/Hiland IVC and Fort Frye vs Garaway/Ridgewood IVC.Let's hope the PVC can go get it.

Tale of two halfs in this one. Caldwell played decent, although not great the first half, and the second half they played awful. Weichman getting in early foul trouble hurt, but it was on the defensive end where Caldwell lost. Hesson could not stop Price all night long. I'll give that kid credit, he's not the quickest, strongest, or most athletic, but he just finds ways to get his shot off, and tonight everything was falling for him. Caldwell didn't rebound well, and we're definitely out hustled. It's disappointing really. You'd think the seniors would play with a little more intensity knowing it could potentially be their last game. They didn't adjust to the officiating either. First half they let some contact go, second half they called a lot of touch fouls, and the Skins couldn't adjust. Just the way it goes sometimes. Good luck to the Pilots against Hiland.

nobody can stop price, the kid can play. he dnt look like a player but if they need a shot he will hit it. hesson is bigger, faster and stronger than price and he was still taking him to the hole consistantly and hitting 30 footers in his grill. they got a nice team but hiland is really good price will probably have the player of the year guarding him which means he will have to hit some deep 3's goodluck to the pilots. weichman is not that good either the way caldwell people talk him up he is not that special im sorry. marconi put the clamps on him and he had what 10 points and 6 were from the foul line on terrible calls that bail him out. pilots will be back armed and dangerous next year.

I had typed up a response, but google chrome informed me that it detected malware on his site so you guys might want to be careful. Anyways, I would have liked to see them switch croucher and hesson on D since croucher is their best defender. And I'm not getting into the whole how good weichman is thing. I've seen him a ton. You don't get all district, average near 20ppg, and drop 30 plus on a 2 loss beallsville team, and aren't that good. He had a bad game. So has every other high school player. He's playing on a team with little to no help. Without him, this team is probably battling frontier for the bottom spot in he PVC.

Was actually in Cambridge they other day at downtown arena and the Hiland team was there. Looked pretty big. River will have to play really well to have any kind of chance.
