How far are you going back that Manchester played primarily SOC schools? I don't think that is accurate.

I could be wrong but I thought maybe in the 80's or early 90's they were independent. And at one time even wanted in the SOC. My main point was that it's great when a team from the southeast make it all the way to the state.

I'll admit I am surpised that Eastern won this game. Congrats to the Eagles on the win and the Hounds on a great season. Now lets see if a D4 team from the southeast can beat Africentric, a team that was in the final four for D3 a year ago.
