Warren Local is 13-2 with only 2 games scheduled this week...both league games. Logan at home on Wednesday and at Jackson on Friday...which could be for the SEOAL Title. Should be a good one between two of the best hitting teams around.

I think it was 9-0 against Logan. May be wrong though
Congrats to Jackson, very surprised at how successful they've been. Seems to be a good group

The sectional is just ridiculously tough....1-6 IMO can all beat each other and South Point has proven themselves very dangerous as well.

Jackson has played 8 games versus most of the tougher teams in that sectional. 5-3, two losses were losing on 2 errors in the bottom of the 6th and 3 passed balls with our starting catcher out due to illness. Our wins were all quite tight as well except for tonight's 9-3 win over 14-2 Warren.

The sectional will be many games of excellent softball....can't wait!

The sectional is going to be pretty good ... But my gosh - why drive all the way down to Northwest High School?

I mean, we have ATHENS, GALLIA, JACKSON, MARIETTA, WARREN, UNIOTO, VINTON COUNTY - could they have not chose a more central location or what?

Won't the sectional games be at the higher seed and then districts at Northwest?

Yes.

I should have typed "districts' instead of sectional ... my bad.

Still ... If you look at the other sectional - travel times is still awkward for all the teams heading to the district ... New Lex, Sheridan, Circleville, Fairfield Union, etc.. etc... I bet their thrilled having to head to Northwest as well ... lol ... I mean, if you had Warren traveling to Northwest to play Sheridan??? That's kind of crazy.
